John Fitzpatrick is the managing partner of Hello Home Property Management. Originally from NY, he came to Charlotte in 2005 and quickly fell in love. John is a licensed Realtor in both NC & SC, won rookie of the year his first year, and has been one of the top 3 agents at his firm of 500+ agents! He loves meeting people and helping them find and fall in love with their new home. Recently John has been focusing on working with investors, to purchase and manage properties in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Whether they’re new to real estate investment, or lifelong investors, he is happy to help. John currently lives in Charlotte with his wife, 3 children and dog. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching NFL football, working out and hiking.

A seasoned professional in customer service for over 35 years, Gina has seamlessly devoted 13 years to the dynamic field of Property Management. Married and a proud parent of two grown children with three delightful grandchildren, family is the heart of Ginas life. Accompanied by a feline companion, Gina finds joy in the rhythm of music and the pages of a good book. In 2005, Gina earned the prestigious President's Club Award for Customer Service Rep of the Year at a prominent company, marked by a memorable trip to Colorado. This journey celebrated Gina’s exceptional service, culminating in a heartfelt plaque presentation from the CEO and upper management. Now, Gina brings this wealth of experience and commitment to quality service to Hello Home ensuring the utmost satisfaction for property owners and tenants alike.
